This feature is exclusively available in our PRO plan.
The Track Detail Page allows you to edit and manage individual audio files. Access this page by clicking on the artist or title of a track from the Library: Search Page.
Open this page in the Dashboard: Dashboard > Audio > Library
Click on the track
1. Type
Modify the type of your audio file to one of the following options: Music, Jingle, AD, or Podcast. The chosen type affects how the track performs in the player:
Music: Standard audio type.
Jingle/AD: These cannot be skipped in playlists by users.
Podcast: Useful for podcast episodes.
Choosing the correct type is essential for music reporting and playlist behavior. If not set differently the type is automatically set to Music after the upload. Please ensure you change it accordingly if needed.
2. Description
Edit top-level metadata such as the artist and title. This information is displayed in the player. If no metadata is provided during upload, it will be automatically filled for music tracks using our song recognition software. For non-music tracks, manually input these details.
3. Track Category
Add or remove the track from one or more categories for Music Scheduling in the Dashboard. You can also create new categories directly from this interface or manage categories under Dashboard > Scheduling > Music.
4. Cover
You can delete the current cover by clicking the X in the top-right corner of the cover area or upload a new one. To upload, click on the cover itself to browse from your computer or drag & drop a new image onto the grey area.
5. Track Links
Link the audio file to an article or external website. Users can click the cover in the Fullscreen Player to navigate to the linked content. This feature is useful for directing users to promotional pages or additional information. Links will open in an in-app browser or a new tab on a website.
6. Track Menu
Access advanced metadata and the Wave Editor through the header menu.
