1. Platform, Filters, and Date Range

  • If you manage multiple platforms, first select the platform you want to analyze.

  • Next, choose the time range for your analysis (default: last 7 days). Note that including the current day may result in incomplete data, as not all measurements are finalized.

  • Finally, use the third dropdown to define how the data will be displayed across charts:

    • Hour: Shows performance on a time axis by hour

    • Date (default): Displays performance by calendar day

    • Hour of Day: Average hourly reach within the selected time range

    • Days of Week: Average daily reach within the selected time range

    • Weeks of Year: (available for longer periods) Average weekly reach for selected weeks

    • Months of Year: (available for longer periods) Average monthly reach for selected months

2. Overview Boxes

These top metrics summarize all measured data across platforms:

  • Total Sessions: Total number of sessions within the selected time range

  • Average Session Duration: Average length of user sessions within the selected time range

  • Total Unique Users: Total individual users across all platforms in the selected period

  • Newly Registered Users: Number of users who registered during the selected period

  • Total Play Starts: Total number of audio plays (all formats) within the selected time range

3. User Sessions Chart

Displays sessions over time (according to the selected display type: hour, date, etc.) per platform. By default, the sum of all sessions is shown. Use the platform icons in the top-right corner to include or exclude specific platforms from the view.

4. Daily Event Count

Shows the total number of measured events over time. Events include any user interaction (e.g., starting a stream or opening an article). A higher event count indicates stronger engagement.

5. Daily Unique Users

Displays the number of unique individuals detected per time interval across all platforms.

6. User Profile Distribution

This chart is not time-dependent. It shows the overall share of registered vs guest users across the entire measurement period.

7. Audio Content Performance

Select the audio content type to analyze:

  • Livestreams

  • Podcasts

  • Playlists

Only content types available for your organization and with performance data in the selected period are displayed.
The Top 20 items are shown as a percentage of total performance. Hover over each bar to see the exact play count.

8. Editorial Content Performance

Select the editorial content type to analyze:

  • Articles

  • Videos

  • Links

  • PDFs

Displays the Top 20 most viewed items within the selected period and across all platforms. Hover over a bar to view the absolute number of opens.

9. Track Favorites

Tracks may include:

  • A) Podcast episodes

  • B) Songs from interactive playlists (if available)

10. Daily Content Engagement

Shows the relative usage of all content formats (audio, editorial, etc.) over time.
Each colored layer represents a content type; the combined thickness indicates total activity.
Click a content type to isolate or hide it from the chart. Content types with no activity are automatically excluded.
