Reporting

This feature is exclusively available in our PRO plan.

In this section, you'll learn how to automatically send monthly reports via email, containing data on music played in your playlists.

Open this page in the Dashboard: Dashboard > Settings > Apps

Click the pencil icon next to the desired app and go to "Reporting" in the header menu

1. Playlist Reporting

You can define which recipients should receive a report by entering their email addresses into the designated field. Each recipient will receive a .CSV file listing all tracks played in your available playlists.

Dispatch Schedule

Reports are automatically sent once per month:

🕓 Date & Time: Every 1st day of the new month at 4:00 AM CET

No further action is required — the email is dispatched automatically.

Important:

The report includes one CSV file per playlist available under the “Playlists” section in the Dashboard.

If certain playlists should not be shared with external recipients, we recommend using an internal recipient address. This way, you can manually forward only the relevant files to external partners.

CSV File Contents

Each playlist is exported into a separate file. The following fields (if available) are included:

• Title

• Composer

• Artist

• Broadcaster

• Broadcast date

• Broadcast time

• Airtime

• ISRC

• Label

• Recording country

• First release date

• Album title

• Genre
