Before you begin, make sure the related Section or Contest is already created. You won’t be able to publish a CTA without assigning it to one of these elements. Otherwise, please proceed here: Call-to-Action Preparations - Sections and Contests
The Call-to-Action Setup Page allows you to configure a CTA and link it to either a Section or a Contest. You can define the content, user access, interaction channels, and questions associated with the CTA.
Open this page in the Dashboard: Dashboard > Activation > Call-to-Actions
Click + Call-to-Action on the Call-to-Action Search Page.

3. Response Channels (only for Free Text CTAs in Sections)
👉 This step is visible only if you selected Section + Free Text. Otherwise, please proceed with the next step.
Response Channels define how users can reply. You can combine internal channels (like In-App Text or Voice Memos) with external ones (e.g., Email, WhatsApp, SMS).
Enabled Response Channels:
Drag channels from the list on the right into the left column to activate them for this CTA. Use drag & drop to sort their order — the first one appears most prominently on the app interface.Available Response Channels:
Lists all internal and external options.Internal: In-App Text, Voice Memo
External: Phone, Email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, SMS, etc.
External channels must be pre-configured in your Call-to-Action settings.
Limitations:
If only internal channels are used, you may add up to 10 questions.
If any external channel is enabled, only 1 question can be included in the CTA.
Overwrite External Response Channel Settings:
If you enable an external channel, a gear icon will appear next to it. Click to override the default phone number or URL for this specific CTA - useful for show-based variations or temporary hotlines.

Free Text:

Question Textfield and clickAdd question.Add up to 10 questions total (if no external channel is used).
Questions can be rearranged with drag & drop or edited (via gear icon) as long as there are no user responses yet.
