Call-to-Actions Overview

Call-to-Actions (CTAs) let you actively engage your audience within your platform. Whether it's polls, contests, or user input via messaging channels, CTAs help boost interactivity while offering valuable insights and user data.

At this time, Call-to-Actions are only available within apps. They are not supported on websites.

Open this page in the Dashboard: Dashboard > Activation > Call-to-Actions


CTA Search Page

  1. Create New CTA: Click “+ Add” to start a new Call-to-Action.

  2. Configure response channels: Set up external response channels (if used).
    a. Select an app
    b. Click on "Configure Response Channels"

  3. Search: Find existing CTAs using the search bar.

  4. Edit or Delete:

    • Click a CTA to edit it.

    • Click the X icon or use checkboxes + dropdown to delete one or multiple CTAs.


Use Cases

Use CTAs to activate users in a variety of ways:

  • Create Surveys with up to 10 questions

  • Run Voting Campaigns with up to 10 voting items

  • Collect Voice Memos sent directly to the studio

  • Ask Questions, optionally tied to contests or giveaways

  • Offer Direct Contact Options via phone, email, or chat apps

You can require user registration before participation. Additionally, you may collect optional data such as:

  • Phone number

  • Address

Require setup under CTA settings:

  • Phone number

  • Email

  • SMS

  • WhatsApp

  • Signal

  • Telegram

  • Viber

  • Facebook Messenger
