Regions are ZIP code–based geographic segments that can be used as filters when creating Audiences. They help you target users by location with high precision.

Dashboard > Community > Regions


Regions Search Page

1. Add a New Region

Click the + button to create a new region.

2. Search for Existing Regions

Use the search field to find previously created regions.

3. Edit or Delete Regions

Click on a region to edit it. To permanently delete a region, click the X button or select multiple entries using the checkboxes to perform a batch deletion.


Region Detail Page

Click the + button or open an existing Region.

1. Name and Country

  • Enter a name for the region.

  • Select the country the region belongs to.

2. ZIP Code Wildcards

Enter one or more ZIP codes that define the region.

You can define:

  • Individual ZIP codes:
    Use commas to separate multiple ZIP codes.
    Example: 4567, 5678, 6789

  • ZIP code wildcards:
    Use an asterisk * to represent one or more characters.
    Examples:

    • 456* includes all ZIP codes starting with 456

    • 45** includes all ZIP codes starting with 45

    • 4*** includes all ZIP codes starting with 4

3. Format Reference by Country

ZIP code formats vary by country. Here are some examples:

  • Switzerland, Austria, Australia, South Africa: 9999

  • Germany, Spain, Italy, France, USA: 99999

  • UK, Canada, Ireland, Malta: A9A 9A9, A9A 9AA

You can use these formats and wildcards to match user locations accurately.
