RSS Feeds

RSS feeds allow you to automatically import external content, such as podcasts, articles, videos, or links, into the Dashboard. To maintain a clean and efficient setup, ensure that only necessary feeds are active.

Open this page in the Dashboard: Dashboard > Imports > RSS Feeds

Feed Search Page

1. Add a New RSS Feed

  • Click "+ Add Feed" to configure a new RSS feed import.

  • Assign clear and descriptive names to keep track of each import source.

2. Search for Feeds

  • Use the search bar to quickly find a feed.

  • Consider naming feeds based on platform and content type (e.g., Radio X – Podcast – Sports Today).

3. Edit or Delete Feeds

  • Edit: Click on a feed to modify its settings.

  • Delete: Select multiple feeds using checkboxes and click "Remove Feeds" in the dropdown. Alternatively, click "X" to delete a single feed.

Important: Unused feeds should be deleted to prevent unnecessary background requests, which can impact dashboard performance and consume storage.

RSS Feed Requirements

For Podcasts:

  • Most professional podcast hosting platforms provide RSS feeds that meet global standards. You can use these without modification.

For Articles, Videos, and Links:

  • The feed must match our structured format to ensure correct display on user platforms.

  • If your feed does not meet the requirements, you may need to adjust it manually or use a third-party tool.

Guidelines for Custom RSS Feed Structures:

RSS.app Integration:

  • If you cannot generate your own RSS feed, use RSS.app to create one.

  • Our system already supports RSS feeds from this service.
