Email Server and Templates Setup

This setup is exclusively available in our GROW and PRO plans.

To set up email functionalities such as email confirmation and password reset using your own email server, you need to configure the SMTP settings and customize email templates to fit your company’s design.

Email Server Configuration

SMTP Setup:

• Host: The address of your SMTP server (e.g., smtp.yourdomain.com).

• Port: The port number used for SMTP (e.g., 587 for TLS or 465 for SSL).

• User: The username for authenticating with your SMTP server.

• Password: The password for the SMTP user.

• Sender Address: The email address that will appear as the sender (e.g., [email protected]).

• SSL Enabled: Specify if SSL is enabled (Yes/No).

• TLS Enabled: Specify if TLS is enabled (Yes/No).

Test Configuration: We need to test the email server configuration to ensure it is working correctly.

Email Templates

Option 1 - Standard Template (Recommended):

Use our default email template customized with your company's logo, dark or light theme and key brand color.

Option 2 - Customized Template:

Modify the HTML templates according to your company’s design. You can include various HTML elements such as images and text.
