Prepare your Google Play and Apple Developer Accounts

To publish your app on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, a developer account is required on both platforms. Depending on your current setup, there are two possible scenarios:

✅ Scenario 1: You Already Have Developer Accounts

If your organization already owns accounts on both Google Play Console and Apple Developer / App Store Connect, we simply require admin access so we can prepare and publish the app on your behalf.

Action Required:

Please add the following email address with Admin rights to both platforms:

Google Play Console:

1. Go to play.google.com/console

2. Select your organization

3. Navigate to Users and permissions

4. Click Invite new user

5. Enter [email protected]

6. Assign Admin role and ensure "Access to all apps" is checked

7. Send the invitation

Apple Developer / App Store Connect:

1. Go to appstoreconnect.apple.com

2. Sign in with your Apple ID

3. Navigate to Users and Access

4. Click the "+" icon

5. Enter [email protected] and assign the Admin role

6. Check "Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles"

🆕 Scenario 2: You Need to Create Developer Accounts

If you don’t yet have accounts, you’ll need to register for both platforms using your company information.

⚠️ Important: Always register as a company or organization, not as an individual. This ensures proper legal ownership, branding, and flexibility for team management.

1. Apple Developer Program

💳 Cost:

• $99/year (billed annually)

📝 Requirements:

• Apple ID* with two-factor authentication enabled

• Legal company name

• D-U-N-S Number (unique identifier for your company, provided by Dun & Bradstreet)

• Business phone number and address

• Credit card for payment

*It’s recommended that the Apple ID uses your company domain to ensure proper ownership, brand consistency, and smoother verification during the Apple enrollment process.

2. Google Play Developer Account

💳 Cost:

• $25 one-time fee

📝 Requirements:

• Google account (preferably a business Google Workspace email)

• Legal company name and website (optional but recommended)

• Credit card for payment

🔐 After Setup

Once both accounts are created:

• Add [email protected] as Admin as described in Scenario 1

• Inform us when access has been granted so we can begin app configuration
