In some cases, you may encounter issues creating a new key for sending notifications in the Apple Developer Center. This guide explains how to manage your existing keys and provide us with the necessary file.
Instructions
Access Your Apple Developer Account:
Visit Apple Developer Center.
Log in with your Apple Developer credentials.
Review Existing Keys:
Once logged in, you will see a list of existing keys.
Provide Us with a Key:
If you have a key available, download the
.p8file for one of the existing keys and send it to us.
If No Key is Available:
If you do not have a key or need to create a new one, you must first remove one of the existing keys.
Important: Ensure that the key you remove is not used by any other app. Removing a key that is in use may impact other applications.
Create a New Key (if needed):
After removing an existing key, you can proceed to create a new key for sending notifications.
Important Notes:
Key Removal: Only remove keys that are confirmed to be unused to avoid disrupting other services.
File Format: Ensure that the
.p8file you provide is the correct format required for push notifications.
